RETOURS


✅ Return conditions:

  • You have 14 days after receiving the package to return an item to us. 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags , and in perfect condition.

  • Returns must be made via La Poste Colissimo. 

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility .

All returned items will be checked upon receipt; they must be new, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and in perfect condition for resale. Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged, incomplete, worn, dirty, if the packaging is damaged, or if the return is made beyond the legal period of 14 days. Any non-conforming item will be returned to the customer without refund and without prejudice to any steps that may be taken to compensate for the damage caused.

  2. Slip it into your package.

ℹ️ Please note:

  • The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method .

  • Orders paid for with a credit note or gift card will be refunded in the form of a credit note .

  • For an exchange (size or color), simply place a new order after making your return.
